Shipping Methods & Cost

To provide our customers with the most affordable shipping service we use the USPS First Class Business Mail, on all orders unless otherwise selected during the checkout process.

Luna & Loki Design LLC. currently ships within the Continental U.S, Hawaii & Alaska. We hope to add International shipping in the future, We cannot express ship to APO/FPO & P.O.

NOTE: Customers will receive a notification via e-mail once your order has shipped containing a tracking number.

Delivery Timeline

Per USPS
USPS First Class Mail: 1-5 business days, uninsured. USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days, insured up to $50.00.

 

Shipping Policy

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES TO ORDERS

Once Orders are placed they are put in production and we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations to orders. Please review your order before it is placed to ensure accuracy. 

LOST OR UNRECEIVED PACKAGES

Officially your order is "out of our hands" once we drop it off at USPS. We wish we could hand-deliver your order ourselves. Sadly it's not viable so we must entrust your favorite mail person to help us out. 

Since we cannot be responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen, we highly recommend selecting a delivery address that you trust and select a shipping method accordingly.
